Cyber Essentials or ISO 27001 first?
Usually Cyber Essentials first. It's quick, fixed-price and covers the technical basics. ISO 27001 makes sense when bigger customers start asking for it, and Cyber Essentials gives you a head start.
Do you help with SOC 2?
fromIT focuses on Cyber Essentials and ISO 27001, the standards UK customers ask for most. If a US customer needs SOC 2, much of the groundwork overlaps with ISO 27001.
We're fully remote. Does that matter?
Not at all. Cyber Essentials covers home workers' devices and cloud services, and fromIT works remotely across the UK.
Can fromIT work with our existing IT provider?
Yes. fromIT focuses purely on security and works alongside whoever looks after your IT today. If you don't have an IT provider, fromIT recommends Adkinsio for everyday IT support.
