Security awareness training

Training your team will actually finish.

A 15 minute check finds each person's weak spots. Then short courses arrive every month to fill them, with automatic reminders and a report that shows it's working. fromIT sets it up and keeps it running.

How it works

Little and often beats once a year

Short lessons, a few minutes a month, matched to what each person needs.

  1. A quick check

Each person answers a 15 minute assessment, so the training targets what they don't know yet.

  2. Short monthly lessons

Bite-sized videos and quizzes arrive each month. Nobody sits through what they already know.

  3. Proof it's working

Completion, scores and a risk score for the team, in one monthly report.

FAQ

Good questions

How is this different from the free course?

Lessons from IT is a one-off course that covers the basics, and it stays free. This is ongoing training: a few minutes every month, matched to each person, with reminders and reporting.

How long does it take staff?

About 15 minutes for the first check, then a few minutes a month.

Does it count towards Cyber Essentials?

Yes, it helps. Cyber Essentials asks how you educate staff, for example about creating strong passwords. The monthly report gives you a clear, dated answer.

Does it cover ISO 27001?

Yes. ISO 27001 needs ongoing awareness (clause 7.3 and Annex A 6.3), and the reports are ready-made evidence for your auditor.

Is there a contract?

No long contract. It's billed monthly by headcount and you can stop with 30 days' notice.
